Enjoy the creamy texture of perfectly cooked oats, complemented by the sweetness of fruit and the crunch of nuts. This meal is not just delicious; it’s packed with fiber, protein, and essential nutrients to fuel your morning.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • 2 cups water or plant-based milk (for creamier oatmeal)
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
    • Add Fresh fruits, nuts, dried fruits, extra flavors (Vanilla, nut butter, coconut)

    Steps:

    1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water or plant-based milk to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.
    2. Stir in 1 cup of rolled oats and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats have absorbed the liquid and have become creamy.
    3. Once the oatmeal is cooked, remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the maple syrup (or your choice of sweetener) and cinnamon for added flavor.
