Ingredients
- 4 whole grain burger buns
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup vegan mayo
- 1/4 cup beetroot slices
- 1/4 cup caramelized onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 pineapple slices
Steps:
- Preheat the grill or a pan over medium heat.
- Brush the vegan patties with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until nicely browned.
- While the patties are cooking, grill the pineapple slices until they have grill marks, about 2 minutes on each side.
