    Recipe Description

    A hearty and flavorful Australian Veggie Burger, packed with a variety of fresh vegetables and savory spices. This burger is perfectly grilled to achieve a deliciously crispy exterior while maintaining a tender and juicy interior. Served on a soft bun with crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and creamy vegan aioli, it offers a delightful balance of textures and flavors. Accompanied by a side of golden-brown fries and a refreshing salad, this burger is a satisfying meal that will please both vegans and non-vegans alike.

    Ingredients

    • 4 whole grain burger buns
    • 1 avocado, sliced
    • 1 large tomato, sliced
    • 1 cup lettuce leaves
    • 1/4 cup vegan mayo
    • 1/4 cup beetroot slices
    • 1/4 cup caramelized onions
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 4 pineapple slices

    Steps:

    1. Preheat the grill or a pan over medium heat.
    2. Brush the vegan patties with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    3. Grill the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until nicely browned.
    4. While the patties are cooking, grill the pineapple slices until they have grill marks, about 2 minutes on each side.
    5. Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or pan.
    6. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
