    Pineapple and Tofu Skewers

    Recipe Description

    Juicy pineapple and firm tofu marinated in a tangy sauce, then grilled to perfection.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • skewers

    Steps:

    1. Press tofu to remove excess water.
    2. Marinate tofu and pineapple in soy sauce, agave nectar, garlic, ginger, and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
    3. Thread tofu and pineapple onto skewers.
    4. Grill on medium heat, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until grill marks appear.
