Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- Press tofu to remove excess water.
- Marinate tofu and pineapple in soy sauce, agave nectar, garlic, ginger, and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread tofu and pineapple onto skewers.
