Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
In another bowl, cream together vegan butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until a dough forms. If needed, add a bit of almond milk.
Roll out the dough and cut into shapes.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
