    Ingredients

    • 500g all-purpose flour
    • 10g salt
    • 7g instant yeast
    • 350ml warm water
    • 4 cloves roasted garlic
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
    • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
    • Sea salt for sprinkling

    Steps:

    1. Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F).
    2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
    3. Add warm water and mix to form a dough.
    4. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
    5. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
    6. Press roasted garlic into dough.
    7. Drizzle with olive oil.
    8. Sprinkle rosemary and thyme over the surface.
    9. Add a touch of sea salt.
