Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- Bagels
- Vegan cream cheese
- Capers
Steps:
- Peel carrots into thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
