Spicy and cheesy, these vegan jalapeño poppers will be the hit of any party.

Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded vegan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant milk

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix vegan cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Fill jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
  4. Dredge in flour, dip in plant milk, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake until golden and crispy, about 25 minutes.
