- 1 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded vegan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix vegan cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Fill jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
- Dredge in flour, dip in plant milk, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Bake until golden and crispy, about 25 minutes.
