Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 deseeded minced scotch bonnet pepper
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil (For Frying)

Steps:
