Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup butternut squash, cubed
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels

- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp cumin
