- 1 block firm tofu
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Vegan hot dog buns
Steps:
- Blend tofu until smooth
- Mix in soy sauce, nutritional yeast, paprika, coriander, mustard, pepper, and garlic powder
- Shape into sausages and wrap in foil
- Steam for 30 minutes, then cool
- Fry in oil until crispy
