Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix almond flour, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
