    Ingredients

    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
    • 3/4 cup birch syrup
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water, mixed and let sit)
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
