 - 100g smoked mushrooms
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Parsley for garnish
 
Steps:
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
 - Blend silken tofu, nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, and pepper until smooth to make the sauce.
 - Fry the smoked mushrooms and garlic until crispy.
 - Toss the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and smoked mushrooms.
