- 200g silken tofu
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 100g smoked mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Steps:
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Blend silken tofu, nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, and pepper until smooth to make the sauce.
