Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4 hours then drained
- 3 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1/4 cup dark rum or brandy
Steps:
- Combine the soaked and drained cashews, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a blender.
