Ingredients
- 1 cup oyster mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons capers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Microgreens for garnish
Steps:
- Marinate the chopped oyster mushrooms with soy sauce and liquid smoke for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until smooth but still with some chunky texture.
