    This Vegan Kama Smoothie offers a delightful blend of traditional Estonian flavors with a modern, healthy twist. Kama, a finely milled flour mix of roasted barley, rye, oat, and pea, is traditionally enjoyed in Estonia but here it’s transformed into a creamy, sweet smoothie. Paired with ripe bananas and almond milk, this smoothie is not only nutritious but also incredibly satisfying and perfect for any time of the day or year.

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons kama flour
    • 2 ripe bananas
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Ice cubes

    Steps:

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
    2. Blend on high until smooth.
