Ingredients

  • 800g potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 300g vegan shawarma
  • 200g vegan cheese, shredded
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 100g lettuce, chopped
  • Vegan garlic sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F). Toss fries in oil, season with salt, and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a skillet, cook the vegan shawarma according to package instructions.
  3. Layer baked fries in a dish, add cooked shawarma, and sprinkle with vegan cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
  4. Top with red onion, tomato, lettuce, and drizzle with vegan garlic sauce before serving.
