A refreshing, tangy sorbet made with fresh lilikoi (passionfruit), perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh lilikoi juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Steps:
- In a small pot, combine water and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Allow the mixture to cool, then stir in lilikoi juice and lemon juice.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Freeze until solid.
