    Vegan Lilikoi (Passionfruit) Sorbet

    Recipe Description

    A refreshing, tangy sorbet made with fresh lilikoi (passionfruit), perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day.

    Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 2 cups fresh lilikoi juice
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Steps:

    1. In a small pot, combine water and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
    2. Allow the mixture to cool, then stir in lilikoi juice and lemon juice.
    3. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
    4. Freeze until solid.
