Ingredients

  • 10 Scotch Bonnet peppers, seeds removed
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
