Ingredients
- 10 Scotch Bonnet peppers, seeds removed
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Steps:
- Wear gloves and carefully deseed the Scotch Bonnet peppers.
- In a blender, combine the peppers, carrot, onion, garlic, white vinegar, water, sea salt, sugar, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

- Allow the sauce to cool, then bottle it in sterilized jars.
