Ingredients
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Steps:
- Wear gloves and carefully deseed the Scotch Bonnet peppers.
