  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries or fruit compote, for serving

Steps:

  2. Slowly whisk in the semolina and sugar, reducing the heat to low.
  3. Continue to whisk until the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the pudding into bowls and allow to cool slightly. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
