    Ingredients

    • 1 cup vegan sev
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro for garnish
