Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Steps:
- Cook the lentils in a pot of boiling water for about 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
