- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps:
- In a mixing bowl, cream together vegan butter and brown sugar.
- Add the spices, baking soda, vanilla extract, and gradually mix in the flour.
- Add plant-based milk to form a dough.
- Chill the dough for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
