    Recipe Description

    A delightful, refreshing vegan dessert made from strawberries and natural sweeteners, perfect for a light spring treat.

    Ingredients

    • 4 cups of fresh strawberries
    • 2 cups of water
    • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
    • 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

    Steps:

    1. Blend the strawberries with water until smooth.
    2. Strain the mixture to remove any seeds.
    3. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in a bit of the strawberry mixture.
    4. Heat the rest of the strawberry mixture in a pot, add maple syrup and lemon juice.
    5. Once the mixture is hot, add the dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
