Ingredients
- 12 large shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop them, setting the caps aside.
