Ingredients

  • 12 large shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop them, setting the caps aside.
