Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Cooked rice for serving
Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

- Add the cashews, soy sauce, maple syrup, and chili sauce. Stir well to combine.
