Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Cooked rice for serving

Steps:

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cashews, soy sauce, maple syrup, and chili sauce. Stir well to combine.
