  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1-2 red chilies, sliced (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed
  • fresh cilantro, for garnish

Steps:

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, and minced garlic.
