Ingredients

  • 200g yakisoba noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 100g cabbage, shredded
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Seaweed flakes for garnish

Steps:

  1. Prepare yakisoba noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  4. Mix in shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, continuing to stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, vegan Worcestershire sauce, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
