Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 100g cabbage, shredded
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
Steps:
- Prepare yakisoba noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Mix in shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, continuing to stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, vegan Worcestershire sauce, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
- Garnish with spring onions and seaweed flakes before serving.
