    Ingredients

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 can diced tomatoes

    • 2 cups artichoke hearts
