Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Dumpling wrappers
- Water for sealing dumplings
Steps:
- Cook edamame according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a food processor, blend edamame, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over the filling, and press to seal.
- Cook dumplings in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes or until they float to the top.
