Delicious and easy-to-make, these vegan edamame dumplings are perfect for any occasion. Filled with a tasty mixture of edamame beans, garlic, and ginger, they’re sure to impress.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Water for sealing dumplings

Steps:

  1. Cook edamame according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a food processor, blend edamame, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper.
  4. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over the filling, and press to seal.
  5. Cook dumplings in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes or until they float to the top.
