Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch vegan pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup vegan buttermilk (mix 3/4 cup plant milk with 2 tsp lemon juice)
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
