    Ingredients

    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

    Steps:

    1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Cut zucchinis into fries, around 3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
    3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
    4. Dip each zucchini fry into almond milk, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
