  • 200g firm tofu
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp black salt (kala namak)
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • Black pepper to taste
