    Recipe Description

A delightful and easy recipe for a classic vegan peach cobbler, perfect for summer evenings or any time you crave a sweet, fruit-filled treat.

    Ingredients

    • 6 cups sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1/2 cup unsalted vegan butter, melted
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Steps:

    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the sliced peaches evenly.
    3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
    4. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
    5. Pour the melted vegan butter into the baking dish over the peaches.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
    7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
