  • 1 medium head red cabbage, shredded

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
