    Ingredients

    • 2 cups coconut milk
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
    • 1 lime, zested and juiced
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • Pinch of salt

    Steps:

    1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
