- 1 block tempeh (Cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 cloves garlic, (minced)
- 1 tbsp rice vingar
- 1 tbsp seasame seeds
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 avacado sliced
- Green onions and extra sesame seeds for garnish
Steps:
- Marinate tempeh in soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes
- Pan-fry tempeh until crispy, then pour the remaining marinade over it and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Assemble the bowl with rice, tempeh, carrots, cucumber, and avacado
- Garnish with green onions and extra sesame seeds.
