Ingredients

  • 1 block tempeh (Cut into cubes)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 cloves garlic, (minced)
  • 1 tbsp rice vingar
  • 1 tbsp seasame seeds
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 avacado sliced
  • Green onions and extra sesame seeds for garnish

Steps:

  1. Marinate tempeh in soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes
  2. Pan-fry tempeh until crispy, then pour the remaining marinade over it and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  3. Assemble the bowl with rice, tempeh, carrots, cucumber, and avacado
  4. Garnish with green onions and extra sesame seeds.
  5. Serve
