    Garlic Parmesan Crostini

    Recipe Description

    Crispy crostini bread slices topped with a savory vegan garlic Parmesan spread.

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 cup vegan parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste

    Steps:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
    3. In a small bowl, combine vegan butter, garlic, vegan parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
    4. Generously spread each baguette slice with the mixture.
    5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
