    This Ginger Garlic Veggie Stir-Fry combines the aromatic zest of fresh ginger with the bold flavor of garlic, melded together in a vibrant array of seasonal vegetables. This dish not only captivates with its colorful presentation but also offers a delightful crunch and satisfying depth of flavor, making it a perfect quick and healthy dinner option for busy evenings or celebratory gatherings.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
    • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 medium carrot, julienne
    • 100g broccoli florets
    • 100g snap peas
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

    Steps:

    1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
    2. Add minced garlic and chopped ginger, sauté until fragrant.
    3. Add all vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until just tender.
