Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienne
- 100g broccoli florets
- 100g snap peas
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
