- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
- 1 can chickpeas (drained)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
Steps:
