    Recipe Description

    Transport your taste buds to the vibrant streets of Mumbai with our tantalizing Indian chickpea curry. Picture tender chunks of succulent chicken or vegetables, simmered in a rich, aromatic sauce bursting with a symphony of spices – from earthy cumin and coriander to fiery chili and sweet-scented cardamom.

    Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    • 1 onion (diced)
    • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
    • 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
    • 1 can chickpeas (drained)
    • 1 can diced tomatoes
    • 1 can coconut milk
    • 2 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tsp turmeric

    Steps:

    1. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
    2. Add Onion, garlic and ginger.
    3. Sauté until soft
    4. Add chickpeas, tomatoes, coconut milk, garam masala, and turmeric
