    Ingredients

    • 2 whole grain tortillas
    • 1/2 cup hummus
    • 1 cup mixed greens
    • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
    • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
    • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
