Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks, ensuring the core keeps the slices intact.
Brush each side of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Flip, then roast for another 15 minutes or until tender and edges are golden brown.
