Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add green and red bell peppers, and carrots. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Stir in curry powder and paprika.
Add crushed tomatoes and baked beans. Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm as a side or with rice as a main dish.
