Vegan Jerk Mushroom Wraps
Spicy, smoky, and utterly savory, these Vegan Jerk Mushroom Wraps are packed with flavorful mushrooms seasoned with traditional jerk spices, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in jerk seasoning and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove mushrooms from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, then add sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix vegan mayonnaise with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture over each tortilla.
Top with sautéed onions and bell peppers, jerk mushrooms, avocado slices, and arugula.
Fold wraps and serve immediately.
