    Recipe Description

    These roasted Brussels sprouts with pomegranate are a festive and flavorful side dish, adding a splash of color and a burst of sweetness to your meal.

    Ingredients

    • 500g Brussels sprouts, halved
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 pomegranate, seeded
    • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

    Steps:

    1. Preheat oven to 220C (428F).
    2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
    3. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
    4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and scatter over the pomegranate seeds before serving.
