    Ingredients

    • 2 cups canned white beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 cup tomato sauce
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • ½ tsp ground cumin
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Steps:

    1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
    2. Stir in the smoked paprika and ground cumin, cooking for an additional minute to release their aromas.
