Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, vegetable oil, and water until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until soft. Add black beans, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out circles.
- Spoon the filling into the center of each dough circle, fold over, and seal the edges with a fork.
