    Ingredients

    • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
    • 4 large tomatoes, diced
    • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Steps:

    1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
